Leichter Mulcher für Kleintraktoren ab 12PS
Die Mulcher der Baureihe Geo SM sind perfekt geeignet für Kleintraktoren zum Mulchen von Gras und Gestrüpp auf Wiesen, Weiden und Pferdekoppeln.
Der Anbau erfolgt an den Heck-Drei-Punkt Kat.1 des Traktors mit einer Zapfwellendrehzahl von 540 U/min.
Das Getriebe des Mulchers läuft im Ölbad und hat einen Freilauf.
Ausgestattet sind die Mulcher mit Y-Messern, die in Schäkeln pendelnd gelagert sind.
Durch eine integrierte Gegenschneide im Mulchgehäuse wird das Mulchgut zerkleinert und über das Heck ausgeworfen.
Eine höhenverstellbare Nachlaufwalze am Heck des Mulchers sorgt für die Regulierung der Schnitthöhe.
An der Frontseite des Mulchers sorgen Pendelklappen dafür, dass keine Gegenstände wie Steine oder Mulchgut aus dem Mulchgehäuse austreten können.
Die Kraftübertragung von Getriebe zur Schlegelwelle wird durch einen 2-fachen Keilriemenantrieb gewährleistet.
Der 3-Punkt-Bock des Mulchers lässt sich seitlich verstellen, in dem man diesen um 10cm seitlich versetzen kann. Somit kann der Mulcher auch etwas aussermittig vom Traktor laufen.
Das Mulchgehäuse besteht aus 4mm starkem Stahl, die Aufhängung ist 6mm stark.
Aufgrund des geringen Gewichtes sind diese Mulcher speziell für Kleintraktoren ab 12PS geeignet.
